We will work on identifying and using the features of persuasion (sentence starters, paragraphs, alliteration, groups of three, repetition, emotive language, exaggeration, and rhetorical questions). In today's meditation, we practised focussing our attention.

We made beautiful butterflies to put up on our display board- this is after we learnt about the migration of the Monarch butterfly!

English	We worked in groups to makes Myths and Legends posters, discussed ideas for writing our own stories and then planned and finished the unit by writing our very own myth or legend.	We will introduce our new topic in English- persuasive texts.
