This half term we are learning about adventure stories. We have read the adventure story Where the Wild Things Are. We
learnt about the different features of an adventure story including suspense,
dilemma and climax. We
will be using what we have learnt to write our own adventure story.

Today we created our own Wild Things and painted them using watercolour.
Afterwards, we acted out the story of Where the Wild Things Are to help us better understand the story.
