Summer Projects
Summer Projects
As we are soon breaking up for Summer there is no homework this week .
Here are some projects you may wish to complete over the Summer break and bring them to
school in August to discuss with your new teacher.

Crime Story
Imagine there was a murder on your street. Write a story about how the person was murdered and how the murderer got away with it. Remember Mary Maloney in Lamb to the Slaughter.

Read an Ancient Greek Myth and draw and colour (or make) a pot based on that story. E.g. Hercules, King Midas and the golden touch.

Choose and animals and research their habitat, diet, appearance and babies. Make an information poster. Add a glossary and “ did you know?” box

How can we make sure kids at Ascot are healthy? Write a set of instructions for how to be healthy. Think about: balanced diet, exercise, sleep and staying clean.
